Programs

Individual Executive Coaching Programs include:

  • Private Coaching Consultations: Telephone consultations, unlimited e-mail coaching, unlimited laser coaching (brief 5-10 "hot challenge" calls to support leader between regular consultations).
  • Consultations are typically conducted once a week or every two weeks (30- 60 minute calls).
  • On-site face-to-face consultations are often incorporated along with observation and/or shadowing visits.
  • Regular Coaching Progress Reports
  • Pulse-check feedback from direct reports and other constituents
  • 9-12 month programs are the norm to experience the greatest leverage and impact
  • 3-6 month programs are also available
  • Fee structures vary depending upon project scope, number of participants
  • Corporate group discounts available

The Coaching Process
Each Coaching program follows The Hauer Group's 3-D Coaching Process:

Step 1- DISCOVER: Meeting face-to-face, we explore and agree upon the success factors for a winning partnership between client and coach: Rapport, behavioral styles and communication preferences; willingness to be open and trust; and a true desire for a coaching relationship are determined. Clear objectives, expectations and outcomes for the program are identified. To help leaders magnify self-awareness, we DISCOVER additional insights through existing and new assessments, 360-degree surveys and other tools.

Step 2- DEFINE: Together, we identify and prioritize development goals and DEFINE the right coaching strategies and roadmap to accelerate goal achievement. Using The Hauer Group's Performance Action Plan, the leader's customized roadmap for goal attainment, we support our clients in achieving rapid growth and hold them rigorously accountable. Here's where the leader's strengths, limiters, challenges, opportunities for growth, and major developmental goals are identified.

Step 3- DEVELOP: Throughout the ongoing coaching relationship, the ultimate goal is to help leaders DEVELOP to their highest level of performance potential. The most successful coaching collaboration is with those who are interested in rapidly evolving to their best self and who want a passionate coach to champion their growth by listening, challenging, and acknowledging. Establish 90-day, 6-month and 1-year coaching expectations and outcomes; learn to relearn; integrate habits of excellence; succeed. Evaluate progress every 30 days; continuous monitoring of goal achievement; conduct client assessment at 6 month and 1 year intervals; refine and reset goals.
