Hello, I’m Shary, CEO and Founder of The Hauer Group Executive Coaching Company.

Cultivating the world’s most emotionally and spiritually intelligent, heart-centered leaders is my fervent mission.

More than a mission statement, it’s my soul’s calling.

I have dedicated over a quarter century of my life to do all that I can to help leaders be more conscious, caring and compassionate.

Why?

The Back Story

Prior to founding The Hauer Group, I was a leader in a very toxic, abusive, command and control, Fortune 500 company. Verbal abuse, intimidation, bullying were a daily occurrence. This wreaked havoc with my spirit, my health, my entire well-being. I was on anti-depressants walking the corporate halls like a zombie unable to tolerate the soul-sucking culture. I left the company with an intense desire to “heal the corporate soul one leader, one organization at a time.”

More About Me

Thankfully, 20 years ago, I followed the sea siren’s call to live footsteps from pristine Caladesi Island on the Gulf coast of Florida, accessible only by foot or boat.

I have devoted over 30 years to spiritual development, including deepening my practices in prayer, meditation, shamanism, Buddhism, energy and sound healing and dozens of other modalities.

Serving humanitarian causes lights me up. While I’ve served on several boards, including those for the Tampa Bay Coach Association, General Federation of Women’s Club North Pinellas chapter, Tampa Bay Harvest, and Operation FoodShare, my most fulfilling volunteer work is hands-on. In addition to being a Big Sister (Big Brothers/Big Sisters), I have been blessed to volunteer my time, creativity, energy and a portion of The Hauer Group’s revenue at several organizations locally and globally, including Pinellas Hope, SPCA Tampa Bay, the Homeless Emergency Project, Cross Cultural Solutions (volunteer in Russia), Global Aware (volunteer in Cuba), and Neighborly Senior Services.

Love traveling the backroads near and far, biking, hiking, Latin dancing, kayaking, yoga on the beach, all animals, all of nature and ALL of life!
